Common questions

When will I get my photos and video?

Standard delivery is about 2 weeks after the meet ends, depending on meet size. Rush gets them to you within 24 hours for +$50.

How are they delivered?

You get a private Google Photos link at the email you entered at checkout. Please download everything within 60 days.

What is preorder pricing?

Every package is $20 off until one week before the meet. After that, regular prices apply. Meet pages show the preorder price while it's active.

Can I buy for another lifter?

Yes. Enter their full name and email at checkout and the gallery goes straight to them.

Can I buy after the meet?

Yes. Packages stay available for 6 months after the meet at regular price.

Can I see my photos before buying?

Not before buying, but you can see what a finished gallery looks like in this sample gallery and in the video portfolio.

What if you miss one of my lifts?

Live meets move fast, so every lift can't be guaranteed. If something is missing from your gallery, reach out and I'll look into it.

Can I use the photos for sponsors or my gym?

Packages include a personal license for your own social media. For sponsors, gyms or ads, add the $50 Commercial Photo License.

What is your refund policy?

Because the media is digital, sales are final once delivered. If I ever have to cancel coverage, you get a full refund or credit.
